About Us
Business Concepts, Inc. (BCI) was initially established in 2002. My Admin Department, a business unit of BCI, was then created in 2009 to solve a very specific problem for a very special group of people.
While working with service-based companies, it became clear that many of the owners were ‘spread too thin.’ They had too much on his or her plate and could not afford to hire a full or part-time administrative assistant to help out. There was no one to delegate the menial work, and no one who could do an ‘excellent job’ without supervision.
My Admin Department was created to solve the small business owners’ challenge of too much to do with too little time and too little money. Our team provides the off-site, managed support team necessary to run a successful company or nonprofit!
Today, Business Concepts and My Admin Department help a diverse base of clients.
