Q: How much can I really expect to pay?
A: We have a range of support packages to fit your needs and your budget. We work with our clients to meet their needs in an economical, efficient way. Our base packages range from $180 to $1999 per month. These programs depend on how many hours you need each month and the type of support services you need. Accounting and other specialized skills can be added to the base packages on an as-needed basis.
Our packages have a monthly minimum of 4 hours. There is a $159 set-up fee for first time clients to create the scope of work outline, and to customize the work-spaces, security procedures, passwords, and time tracking systems for them. See our Service Packages for more information.
Q: Isn’t it more expensive to hire My Admin Department than just hiring an employee?
A:No! The cost savings is two-fold: financial and emotional. For many small business owners, the additional cost of workman’s comp, liability insurance, payroll taxes, physical office space, computer hardware, software licenses, Internet services and phone lines for a part-time employee are cost-prohibitive. When you hire an employee, on top of the hourly wage and requirements for health insurance, there are many additional things you need to consider: administering payroll and benefits, buying or leasing equipment/furniture, paying your share of taxes, conforming to Federal mandates (like OSHA, ERISSA, Data Security), as well as sharing space and overseeing, training and critiquing your team member. It can be expensive, time consuming, and grueling.
We already have the space, equipment, insurances, project management, and people on our payroll. You only have to pay for the hours we spend working on your projects. My Admin Department is designed to be the most convenient support alternative to you having on-site employees. Imagine: one payment per month, no long term contracts, no hard to handle conversations or situations. Just great support from an off-site team dedicated to your success!
Q: If I sign up for a program and see that I don’t need as much time, can I down grade to a smaller monthly program without a penalty?
A: YES! We want to create raving fans. If you don’t need as much time as you have signed up for, we will actually recommend that you change the program you are in for the next month. We want clients to be clear on the value we bring to their business.
Q: If I sign up for a program and need more time or want to add in different services, can I change programs easily?
A: YES! You are in control. Talk to your Account Manager about what you need and we can make that change for the following month.
Q: What if I sign up for a monthly program but find out I really only need to use your services sporadically? Can I get out of my plan and just call you as needed?
A:YES! We’re here to help. If you need to get out of your agreement, we will ask you to finish out the month and then effectively the next month you can move to the Just-In-Time Program. Clients in one of our month-to-month packages will have ‘first’ dibs on an admin’s time, but if you need support and we have the time, we will fit you in.
Q: What if I am unhappy with my Admin?
A: Your Project Manager will handle it! Because we manage the Admins in our office and they are on our payroll, we handle all the difficult conversations for you. If your admin were actually on your payroll, you would have to deal with the performance review, the discussions, and cost of training or retraining and ultimately, the costs of firing if you couldn’t get good results. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, and we can’t make it right with that Admin, we will move your project over to another team member.
