Our assistants work on a team in our company office during regular business hours. Working as part of a team ensures that your project never ‘falls through the crack’ and you get the best person for the job. Our team is managed by a seasoned project manager who oversees and ensures quality, accuracy, and delivery dates.
Our base camp software let’s us share files, meet deadlines, assign tasks, centralize feedback, track our time, and give you a ‘window’ into our process. Its used by some of the largest most successful companies in the world to track multiple projects, and yet its easy to use and economomical. We’ll give you your own login and password so you can see our progress.
We are centrally located in Southborough, Massachusetts. We have the same accent as other New Englanders and we recognize the rapid pace of both you and your clients. Clients can stop in, meet with us, talk to your Admin across the table, see how your project is progressing, or drop off paperwork if there’s a ‘rush’. Being local is a huge advantage for both you and us.
