Support Packages

My Admin Department has 4 Support Packages. Our packages offer a ‘blended’ rate for the services provided. Don’t worry about whether you have a senior project manager, programmer, graphic artist, or bookkeeper on your job:  the low monthly rate stays the same.

Our service levels are:

  • Transitions –  up to 10 Hours Monthly
  • Performer –  15 – 20 Hours Monthly
  • The Black Diamond – 35 – 40 Hours / Month
  • Customized Package (for special cases like short term or seasonal projects or for Associations)

Our packages are retainer programs and are pre-paid at the beginning of each month for that month’s level of effort (LOE). There is no credit for unused hours. Volume discounts apply.

Need more hours than your package? No problem. If we have available time in the schedule, we’ll fit you in! Each additional hour is charged at an hourly rate.
